SUNRISE PHASE – LANDRUSH PHASE
From September 9th to November 11th 2014.
During this period the following priority criteria will be followed:
Priority 1 Sunrise: for holders of registered trademarks validated on Trademark Clearinghouse.
Priority 2: For Public Authorities in the Greater area of Paris.
Priority 3: Limited period for holders of Local Trademarks with effect in France.
Priority 4: For holders of corporate names, trade names including variations and/or abbreviations. Associations may also apply.
Priority 5 Landrush: Anyone shall have the opportunity to submit one or more applications for .paris domain names.
For .paris domain names, sunrise and landrush phase are overlapped in time. If there is more than one eligible application for the same name, the domain names will be allocated based on the priority. If the applicants have the same priority, the successful applicant will be determined by auction.
GENERAL AVAILABILITY
December 2nd 2014-10-10
General registration period during which domain names .paris can be registered by any natural person or entity on a first-come, first-served basis.
