You can iniciate an ownerchange through your online registered user, once inicitated the process is as follow,
- Actual owner or admin contact must approved the change, using his ESNIC username and password.
- New admin contact must also approved that change, using his ESNIC username and password.
A copy of new owner ID document is required.
